Shipping Policy — Queen City Scooters
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Large items (electric scooters, unicycles) ship via freight carrier and may require a delivery appointment.
In-Store Pickup Free in-store pickup is available at our Charlotte location: 312 N Myers St, Suite 115, Charlotte, NC 28202 Pickup orders are typically ready within 1 business day. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready.
Freight Shipments Electric scooters and other large items ship via freight. Freight deliveries are curbside unless liftgate service is requested. Please inspect your item before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally.
