Queen City Scooters Welcomes Seth Handy as Co-Owner

Seth Handy has joined Queen City Scooters as a co-owner

Seth brings over 12 years of software engineering experience to the business. He started writing software as a teenager for a luxury real estate company and has since worked across cybersecurity, finance, healthcare, technology, and marketing sectors. His career includes roles at Fortune 40 companies like Centene, AT&T, and Spectrum as well as startup experience at ViscoSoft/MatrixSleep. He currently holds the title of Staff Software Engineer. He studied Engineering Leadership at Cornell University.

As co-owner, Seth is taking the lead on all technical operations. That includes rebuilding our e-commerce platform, implementing SMS automation for repair status updates, and developing phone systems that make it easier to get answers fast. He's also working on custom charging station software through our partnership with UNC Charlotte—a project we'll share more about soon.

For customers, this means we're moving faster. Faster communication. Faster turnaround on information. Better tools to track your repairs and orders. The goal is simple: make every interaction with Queen City Scooters as smooth as possible, continue earning your trust, and keep you riding like royalty.
