CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

E-bike/Accessory/Components & Replacement Parts Return Eligibility:

  • Order must be returned within 14 days of receipt

  • Bike must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any modifications, and in its original packaging and condition

  • If there are no issues with the product and customer is returning because of a change of mind, customer will pay the $350 return shipping fee and 50% of purchase cost fee (this is withheld from refund)

Purchased, but not shipped:

  • A full refund is allowed within the first 2 days of purchase. Returns after two days are subject to a 50% restocking fee (for pre-orders as well as in-stock items) for bikes that have not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Used items:

  • No returns, except in rare cases of serious, and obvious, manufacturer breakage / malfunction

Non-returnable items:

  • Electronics (including batteries)

  • Special orders

  • Discounted, promotional or sale items

Before a return is sent, customer MUST have received written approval from Queen City Scooters. If a customer sends a return without the written consent of Queen City Scooters, a refund will NOT be issued and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs or sacrifice the item.

If an approved return passes our inspection, customer may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund.

To ensure the most efficient process, provide us with your tracking number via email once you’ve shipped your return.

If non-returnable items are returned without authorization from our Support Team, they will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees will apply to unauthorized return.here
